End the Legacy's 2026 Genetic ALS & FTD Community Summit
We Are Coming Together in September
Following the success of our first two in-person summits in North America in 2024 and 2025 we are coming back together this time in Sacramento CA with local host ALS Network. A powerful few days of learning, community and connection will be had.

Our community Summit's are the only place those impacted by inherited or genetic ALS and FTD can be assured they will be surrounded by a room full of people impacted the same way they are by these linked rare diseases. Attendance is limited to those who are impacted in any way by inherited or genetic ALS or FTD. Over three days attendees will be able to network, learn and be empowered. Hotel accomodations for Thursday and Friday night will be secured for all registered attendees until our limit is reached. There is registration fee of $75 which secures the hotel, all meals and full summit attendance. For impacted community members who would not be able to attend due to financial costs email info@endthelegacy.org to learn about limited travel support available.
